The LabNorth in Brussels is located on the 16th floor of an empty building that is being used as creative spot for one year. An ideal place to present Flemish but also the European innovations of the NICE Award.
After the opening by the General Secretary Luc Delrue, the Flemish Minister of Culture Sven Gatz held a speech about innovations in the creative economy. Bernd Fesel represented ecce and talked about cross-innovation.
