The Flemish Department of Culture, Youth and Media advises the minister(s) to realize an integral policy vision on the policy domain of Culture, Youth and Media and to foster it. Next to that, the department prepares, follows up and evaluates the policies concerning culture, youth and media. The aim is to build a creative & inspiring Flanders, where everybody can experience, make and share culture.
