Mundus vult decipi, ergo decipiatur – the world wants to be deceived, so let it be deceived.
Curveball is a performance about both the global enmeshment of secret intelligence services and political manipulation. It focuses on witnesses of “Curveball” whose claims about apparent weapons of mass destruction in Iraq were used as the official justification of the US for the 2003 Iraq war. It raises questions about who we can trust and where deception can lead.
