Lebenselixier Kunst

© Marc Bühren

The pilot project Lebenselixier Kunst by the artist, cultural agent, and curator Ulrike Korbach represents the starting point for an annual project associated with the Sehfest Hörde festival. Also involved in the project are Marc Bühren, Annette Naudiet and other artists from the culture initiative KulturQuartier Hörde. Regional artists have the opportunity, through a region-wide invitation for bids, to exhibit their work in local shop premises. The challenge is to produce a work of art from standard paper plates and pizza boxes under the motto "Art to Take Away". An online catalogue documents the results and is available below.
